What brands do you use?

ARB Blanks and Blanks Boutique are used fulfill orders. Brand preferences are not guaranteed, but if you do have a preference, please leave the request in the personalization box and we will do our best to accommodate.

Do garments fit true to size?

Yes, most customers say they fit true to size. If in doubt, it is recommended to compare the unisex and/or girls size chart to a currently worn item.

Am I able to customize an order?

Fonts, thread colors, and fabrics can be changed on any design. Fabrics are subject to availability. Some design elements can be altered.  Please contact us with your specific request and we will do our best to accommodate.

If I like a design on a bib (or shirt), can I have it added to a shirt (or bib) instead?

Most of the time, yes. However, some designs do not fit on different garments. Please reach out and we can let you know for sure.

How do I care for my items?

To get the most life out of your garment, items should be washed in cool water, inside out on gentle cycle. No bleach or fabric softener. It is recommended to use a SHOUT Color Catcher with the first wash. Lay flat to dry. Use a warm iron to the inside of the item to re-adhere protective backing and give the item a fresh new look. No steam. Expect normal shrinkage. Pro tip: let the item cool completely after ironing and before lifting it from the ironing board. This helps set the fabric and reduce wrinkles in the applique design.

Can my order be expedited?

Expedited processing is accepted as time permits and is subject to a $15 per item fee dependent upon our current order load. Please contact us with your need by date to inquire about expediting your order.

Can I send you an item to embroider?

We do not accept outside items for embroidery.

Will you send a proof of the design/font for my order before it is stitched?

Proofs are only sent for orders where questions arise.  If you would like to approve a proof before it is stitched, just make a note on the order and it will be emailed to you within a few days of placing your order.  *Please note that orders may be delayed for proofs that are not approved in a timely manner.

Will my item have "Two Freckle" on it?

No.  Two Freckle is a watermark that is added to the photo.  It is not on the actual item.

I live local to Carrollton/Villa Rica, Georgia.  Can I pick my order up rather than shipping it?

Yes, we love local support! Simply choose "Pickup" at checkout and the shipping charges will be removed from your order. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with pickup instructions.
